Apprentice Site Manager WSCC Grade 4/5: £24,790- £25,992 pa, depending on experience (pay award pending) Required as soon as possible 37 hours per week (the working hours can be flexible to fit with other commitments or employment), year-round contract. Opportunity for apprenticeship in Property Maintenance Operative. We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Officer to join our Premises team to assist in the provision of maintenance and security services across the premises and site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and fit for purpose working environment. The school site is a large primary school with large grounds and access to allotments. The successful applicant will be required to work on tasks both indoors and outdoors, at height (training provided) and required to cover distances quickly, especially when responding to the fire alarm for emergency evacuation. Level 2 Apprenticeship for Property Maintenance Operative training is available as an option to successful applicants either wanting to embark on a career in property maintenance or to enhance existing skills.
