- be able to interact and engage with children, their families, and other professionals
- be creative, energetic, and resilient
- have a willingness to learn and be flexible in the way you work
For direct care roles, you need to be willing and able to participate in all aspects of the child’s care, including outings, activities, sports and team teach and team teach training.
