The Arun Dolphins Swimming Club is affiliated to the National Association for Swimming Clubs for People with Disabilities (NASCH) and we are open to people with all types of disabilities and of all ages. Our aim is to provide a safe and friendly environment for people of any age or disability to swim for therapy and enjoyment.

We meet every Wednesday evening 6.30-7.30pm at Littlehampton Wave.

What we do

• For all swimming abilities; exclusive use of both pools (trainer and large pool) and a swimming lane for serious swimmers
• Come and swim, float around in one of the inflatable rings, or join in playing ball, most of all come and have fun!
• Annual membership £10 and the swim fee is £5 per week
• Littlehampton Wave has full disabled access; including plenty of disabled parking, access ramp, disabled toilets, accessible changing rooms and poolside facilities including submersible wheelchairs
• Annual disco in November
