Come aboard the Solar Heritage, a solar powered catamaran. Take a trip through Chichester Harbour's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with an experienced guide to help enjoy this wonderful landscape.
What we do
- On-board the engines are virtually silent as you glide along with plenty of time to admire the view and get up close to many of the birds and habitats that make this place so special.
- Harbour Discovery is the standard trip with birdwatching or other specialist trips available throughout the year. In the summer trips depart from Emsworth and from Itchenor during the rest of the year.
- Solar Heritage has a wheelchair lift and is accessible, there is a small toilet on board but it is not accessible to wheelchair users.
- In Emsworth, there are car parks in Bridge Road, South Street and North Street with accessible bays.
- At Itchenor, there is one accessible bay, on street parking or a public car park with accessible bays located a short distance away behind the Ship Inn. Both harbour locations have accessible toilets.
