Flip Out is West Sussex's biggest trampoline park with 70 trampolines, 22 Olympic trampolines, two free running areas, dodgeball, wall climb, a tumble track, wall runners and a ninja warrior course. There are also three party rooms and a Flip Out cafe serving pizzas.

What we do

• Accessibility: Two accessible parking bays in a large private car park. Accessible building with lifts to all levels. Accessible toilets on two levels.
