Hibi is an app to help families managing, coordinating and navigating their child’s care. We provide care management tools and access to expert guidance.

What we do

• At Hibi, we provide accessible, digital support to families of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Care management - Hibi allows families to simplify, centralise and share their child’s needs. We provide access to shareable digital care passports, medication trackers and symptom/behaviour diaries and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• SEND navigation - Hibi provides access to expert SEND content. Families can 1.) submit SEND questions via messenger to Hibi and receive responses the same day, and 2.) browse a library of relevant content that can be localised to the Local Authority.
