Sometimes it can feel increasingly difficult to verbalise our experiences, feelings and thoughts. When we create, we can find different ways to explore, feel and understand our experiences. Art psychotherapy is an affective way of supporting people to find their voice through creative expression. I work with young people (13+) and adults. I offer 1:1 in person art psychotherapeutic services in Worthing and Hove and online. Book a free 15 minute consultation to find out more.
What we do
- I specialise in supporting young people (13+) and adults who have experienced attachment difficulties, relational issues, emotional issues, developmental issues. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to find out more. Book through email.
- I am a HCPC, BAAT registered art psychotherapist. I am a member of the DBS Update Service and hold indemnity insurance. I receive regular clinical supervision and abide by the ethical and practice frameworks set out by HCPC, BAAT, BACP.
- What you can expect; A safe, confidential and non judgemental space; A space for you to explore your inner and outer landscapes. Using creativity and verbal exploration as tools for discovery; A collaborative, integrated person centred approach.
- In art psychotherapy we are not concerned with making a beautiful or 'good' image. Rather using art as a medium to express and explore. We enjoy the sensory process of art making which can be a playful way of starting communication and building rapport.
- My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming. Wheelchair access is available in Worthing.
