Child Centred Play Therapy is an effective, evidenced based therapeutic intervention, suitable for children aged 4-12. At Hopeful Futures, we understand that children can find it difficult to verbalise their thoughts and emotions. As opposed to using words, Play Therapy supports children to communicate through a choice of play and creative materials, which enable them to express and make sense of difficult, confusing, or upsetting life experiences from a safe emotional distance.

What we do

• Hopeful Futures provides Child Centred Play Therapy for children aged 4-12.
• I am a BAPT registered Play Therapist .
• I am a member of the DBS Update Service and hold public liability insurance. I receive regular clinical supervision and abide by The Ethical Basis for Good Practice in Play Therapy as set out by BAPT.
• Sessions are delivered face to face in the designated Play Therapy room at Hope Hive Children's Centre in Worthing, West Sussex.
• Parking and a cafe are available onsite.
