Lanes Counselling is a counselling practice based in Arundel, West Sussex.

We have a team of 8 counsellors who help clients deal with mental and emotional health issues they maybe facing.

We work with Adults, Couples, Individuals, Children and families and all our counsellors are BACP Members and qualified counsellors.

The practice has 3 therapy rooms and a very bright and airy feeling with a calming setting, with ample free parking.

We also offer remote counselling via telephone or Zoom.

What we do

• Counselling is offered either face to face or remotely via telephone or Zoom.
• Your first session will be an assessment which is a chance for you to meet the counsellor and discuss the issues you are currently facing.
• Our counsellors are all qualified and BACP members and expertise here to help you
• We have free parking on site
• Our premises our wheelchair accessible
