Novus Care is a family run home-care agency providing quality live-in care in the home to the elderly and those living with complex care needs across West Sussex and the surrounding areas.

For over 14 years we have been committed to providing unique and personalised home care support, providing clients with safety and independence and giving families peace of mind. We provide a fully managed service that is regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

What we do

• Live-in Care: Live-in care is a full time care solution, enabling you or your loved one to remain at home and receive one-to-one care and support from a highly professional carer. It is the perfect mix for families as it gives peace of mind.
• Respite Care: If you are the main care giver and you're looking to take a break then our respite home care service can help. Whether you're looking to take a break for a few days or go on holiday - then a respite carer can help.
• Hospital Discharge: If you or a loved one are currently stuck in hospital unable to be discharged until a care package is in place "“ then our hospital care and support team can get them home quickly and safely.
• Live-in Care for Young Adults: If you're a young adult with additional care needs then a live in carer can be the stepping stone to living independently - allowing you to move out of the family home or a care facility.
• Dementia Care at Home If you are looking for dementia care at home then our professional care agency can help. We can provide dementia care at home from only 30 minutes per week to 24/7 live-in care.
