This service is not checked by WSCC and including it on the Local Offer website does not mean that it is a recommended service.

We are currently unable to provide 1-2-1 benefits advice. We are in the process of recruiting an advisor and will update our webpage when we can resume normal service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Parents/carers can still access our claim check and editing service as normal, and can do so via the links on our website.

You can also access information on benefits via our fact sheets and our 'Making Sense of It All' guidebook as well as our DLA and PIP training workshops.

What we do

  • 1-2-1 advice sessions for applications for Carer's Allowance, DLA and PIP. This will be provided via phone or online via Zoom. TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE.
  • Support with editing draft applications for Carer's Allowance, DLA and PIP.
  • Information resources on benefits and other sources of financial support.
  • Training workshops on DLA, PIP and Universal Credit.
  • Awareness raising of benefits and other sources of financial support.
