Our aim is to help people make personal changes, which enable them to engage in committed and loving relationships to benefit themselves, their family and society.

What we do

• Relate provides counselling for all relationships at every stage of life. We see individuals, couples, families and children and young people aged from 5 to 19.
• We also offer psycho sexual therapy to help couples and individuals overcome specific sexual problems.
• We offer online, telephone and face to face counselling . Anyone can contact us for support.
• We work across West Sussex. Our main office and counselling rooms are in Crawley. We also have counselling rooms in Chichester, Horsham and East Grinstead.
• We have an experienced and dedicated team of qualified counsellors.
