Super 1' is a community programme, funded by Lord's Taverners, which provides young people with physical and/or learning disabilities access to regular physical activity, new competitive sporting opportunities and opportunities to develop new friendships and independent life skills.

We run Super 1’s clubs in several Sussex locations throughout the calendar year. The hubs clubs are free to participants and are designed to help them increase their physical activity through fun and teamwork.

What we do

• Super 1's is run in Burgess Hill, Crawley, Horsham, Hastings and Brighton.
• All of our Super 1's clubs play competitive matches against each other throughout the year to form part of a national competition run by the Lord's Taverners. These matches are played in a safe, informal and friendly environment and take place every 3 mon
• Free taster sessions are available for those schools, colleges and community groups willing to promote their local Super 1's club.
