The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a 5-hour listening intervention, which can have powerful impacts on how you/your child interact with the world around them. The SSP opens the system for greater social engagement by working directly with the vagus nerve. That which comes after the SSP can cement and extend what is gained. Repeated and consistent responses from the people around your child will enhance their new sense of safety and reinforce the new behaviour.

What we do

  • Can help your child with easing anxiety, trauma and attachment, social and emotional difficulties, auditory sensitivities, and inattention.
  • To access the service, you can contact us for an initial free chat, or you can book an assessment.
  • We now also offer group listening, where sessions take place over a period of four weeks online, and involve a mixture of Zoom sessions and "self-study".
