West Sussex Mind is an independent local charity. We support people with their mental health, provide specialist training and campaign to improve services and promote understanding.

What we do

• Our parenting support service includes online and in-person peer support meetings, where you can discuss your concerns, build strategies to help you support your child, and meet other parents and carers.
• We run training for businesses and organisations for managers and staff face-to-face or online. We have a wide range of courses outlined on our website. We also offer individual places on some of our workplace training.
• All public events are advertised on EventBrite.
