- access to direct support from a range of partners, for example health and wellbeing, or financial advice

Our Community Hub is open 7 days a week and offers information and advice about support available.

Contact the Community HubYou may be eligible to access help from the Crisis and Resilience Fund, which started in April 2026.
The government designed the fund to help people:
- plan ahead to avoid a possible crisis
- find joined-up support in their local community
- on low incomes manage a crisis
